WE’RE EXCITED TO BE BACK!

We’re not the only ones. Here’s what the Automotive Tech Week speakers had to say about returning to On-Site events!

Remote work is filled with an endless array of back to back virtual meetings.  While efficient in their own regards, it misses the value of spontaneous interaction that comes from face-to-face discussions. I am looking forward to those random moments of inspiration that accompany more direct interaction and communication.

David Dowty, Head of North America – Free2Move, Stellantis

From a general perspective, I am excited about the possibility of in person interaction with peers from the automotive and related industries, as connections are best formed in a physical interaction. While digital has been a great vehicle for efficiency gains and enabling cross country, continent, etc. collaboration, physical interactions are still key.

From a specific content perspective, I am very interested in the outside of automotive OEM thinking around data and its usage. Balancing customer experiences around data privacy and security with value adding insights and products/services is key.

Martin Richenhagen, Strategy & Digital Transformation, Porsche

I am incredibly excited to gather face-to-face to exchange ideas in a more relaxed fashion that allows for back-and-forth conversations. There is immense value in randomly engaging with someone over a cup of coffee that cannot be replicated virtually.

Maria Neve, Vice President – Electrification & Sustainability, Donlen

Getting everyone together at the same time and place is very synergistic, turning ideas into action.

Jim Levendusky, Vice President – Telematics, Verisk

Getting to meet new people! In our cocooned Covid world, we mostly interact with colleagues we already knew. Meeting new co-workers, colleagues and kindred spirits did happen – less frequently perhaps and not in the same way. I’m excited to see old friends and colleagues and catch up! And I’m excited to be speaking in person and interact with the audience in attendance.

Joe Bannon, Director of Partnerships, MOBI

bose_corvette

Some vehicles are mere transportation appliances, and some, like the all new Corvette Stingray, are about pure turn-it-up-to-eleven driving enjoyment. This two-seat, mid-engine rocketship features a 14-speaker Bose Performance Series sound system to ensure that your music reproduction is just as powerful as the 490 horsepower V8. Join one of our professional test drivers for a spin around the event center and get a taste of how a custom-tuned Bose sound system makes every trip in the Stingray less of a drive and more of an experience.

The all electric Porsche Taycan proves that EVs don’t have to compromise when it comes to performance or pure driving pleasure. Everything in the vehicle, including the 14-speaker Bose sound system, is designed to extract maximum performance from every single watt. Join one of our professional drivers for a lap around the event center in a Taycan and hear how a finely tuned, custom-integrated Bose audio system can enhance the Taycan driving experience.
