How to Access the Virtual Event

Logging in for the first time

  1. Once registered, you’ll receive an email from hello@swapcard.com with login information. Be sure to whitelist it as this is the email address you’ll receive all notifications from.
  2. A window will then ask that you create a password for your account.

Logging in once you have an account

  1. Go to: https://itag.login.swapcard.com/ Enter the email you used to register and the password you created.
  2. Click enter to connect to the event.

Note: If you have forgotten your password after entering your email, click on “Send me a magic link” and you’ll receive an email to reset your password.

The WardsAuto UX Conference has joined forces with TU-Automotive Detroit, TU-Automotive Awards, WardsAuto Interior Conference, and ADAS & Autonomous Vehicles. More information here!

When will the event take place?

For three days on August 18-20th, 2020

How does this affect my registration?

If you have already registered for your ticket, you don’t need to take any action as your ticket will be automatically transferred to the physical 2021 event and the 2020 Virtual event. For sponsors, exhibitors, speakers and registered attendees for the in-person August event, we’ve been in touch via email to share more information about how to join the Virtual Event.

What will the next physical event be?

Our in-person version of these events to May 25-26, 2021 at the Suburban Collection Showplace, Novi | MI.

What is happening to the awards?

The 2020 Wards 10 Best UX Awards Ceremony will still be running virtually as we recognize the importance of celebrating the industry’s people and progress! More information here. The winners will be announced in July.
