Reservation details
Reserve your hotel room online. Check-in is at 3:00 p.m., check-out is at 12:00 p.m.
Hotel guest rooms will be offered at the special conference rate until October 13, 2021, or until they sell out, and will be based upon availability after this date. A first night’s deposit is required and will be charged to your credit card. Reservations must be canceled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid loss of the first night’s deposit. Rates are available three days prior and three days after the contracted group dates – based upon availability at the time of booking.
Beware of False and Fraudulent Housing Claims
Hyatt Place Detroit/Novi and HOTELMAP are the only housing providers for the event. Please be aware of unethical housing poachers that have been contacting attendees about booking potentially bogus hotel rooms for this conference. Reservations made through a third party agency will be at your own risk. If you provide your credit card information to any of these unauthorized vendors, your card may be charged but you may NOT have a reservation when you arrive at the conference.
